About Us:

SeraGraphics Web Studio is a boutique internet consultancy operating since 2001 when the founding director was contracted by a major pharmaceutical company to focus on automating sales and marketing of brand-leading products to NZ pharmacies nationwide.

Prior to this the director worked in a marketing support role for a global IT & telecommunication company specializing in the design, build and operation of e-commerce systems to high-end corporate and government customers. This role included ensuring complete order to delivery transactions for the first major online B2B procurement website in New Zealand.  

From 2010 the company has specialized in the Health and Beauty sector and has expanded our business consultations to include medical contracting and research projects.

Payment Terms:
Standard website package one-off set-up fee is payable in advance. Other customized web projects are 50% deposit payable in advance and balance on completion within 7 days unless otherwise agreed by contract. Website hosting fees are payable in advance each month. You may cancel hosting by giving one months written notice.

Domain name renewals are payable on due date. New domains are via an authorized NZ registrar & subject to their Terms & Conditions. Used domains are priced by market valuation.

A condition of sale for transferred and used domain names is that the vendor (and their agent/client) is under no liability to the purchaser for any matter arising out of the transaction. The sale is deemed settlement for any prior claims and the purchaser will not make any demands against the vendor (and their agent/client). The vendor may withdraw this sale if any amount is left unpaid after due date and may on-sell the domain to another party at the vendor’s discretion.

Any amounts left unpaid after the due date will incur interest charges. Invoices that remain unpaid will be referred to our collection agency and will incur collection and related charges at your expense. 

All pricing quoted in $NZ excludes GST unless otherwise stated.

Server Abuse:
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to the host server is strictly prohibited.

Email Advertising:
The hosting servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. The host server considers spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then the host will immediately, without warning, disable your domain. The host reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, the host reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without refund (if applicable).
